2.8. Feasibility study {#sec0050}
----------------------
Our analysis was a feasibility study to evaluate whether the diagnostic interview conducted at the community hub could be conducted at home by a parent or caregiver. Feasibility was assessed by assessing if the parent or caregiver was comfortable enough to complete the interview and we assessed the accuracy of responses that were provided. The interview was repeated four weeks after the first interview to assess for any effect on caregiver anxiety and it was repeated again four weeks later, this time, the caregiver had to complete the interview at home.
The questionnaire included four domains: (1) caregiver experience and satisfaction; (2) caregiver participation in caregiving; (3) caregiver time, workload and family relationships and (4) caregiver treatment and management. The experience and satisfaction domain consisted of questions to evaluate caregiver satisfaction with the Community Hub model. The second domain consisted of questions to evaluate the caregiver's experience with the community hub. The third domain consisted of questions to evaluate the impact of the Community Hub on caregiver time, workload, family relationships and the fourth domain consisted of questions to evaluate the impact of the Community Hub on caregiver treatment and management.
2.9. Statistical analysis {#sec0055}
-------------------------
Participant demographics and clinical characteristics were summarized by descriptive statistics. An estimate of central tendency was provided along with the range and frequency of data distribution. We calculated a 95% confidence interval for the sensitivity and specificity of the caregivers self-reported diagnosis of asthma. We calculated the positive and negative predictive value (PPV and NPV) of the caregivers self-reported diagnosis of asthma. Finally, we performed McNemar tests to compare the self-reported diagnosis of asthma between community hubs at baseline and 4 weeks later.

3.1. Participant demographics {#sec0065}
-----------------------------
A total of 118 participants completed the study and were included in the final analysis. [Table 1](#tbl0005){ref-type="table"} summarizes the demographic characteristics of the study participants. A majority of the participants were female (76%) and the mean age of participants was 48 years old (range 19 to 83). There were 12 (10%) participants who reported a pre-existing
